How to cut up the whole chicken

-Whole chicken

-Sharp knife

-And some patience for the first time 🙂

1.You will start by the thighs,making a simple insicion and cutting right trough the joint.

2. Cutting of the wings an the breast:for the breast: incision beside the bone and then you follow the bones,trying to leave as little to none of the meat on the bones.

The final product:

With the bones you can make a chicken stock.
